About the client

Baby Birds, a family-run business established in the 1990s, specialises in baby products and offers valuable consultation and advice to new parents.

The Project Brief

Facing website traffic decline post-migration and tracking issues with multiple Google Analytics accounts, they partnered with us to strengthen their online business.

Our approach

We resolved tracking issues by consolidating multiple Google Analytics accounts into one, ensuring accurate data for informed marketing decisions.

We developed a comprehensive SEO strategy and conducted brand positioning workshops with Baby Birds in the first month. Our technical SEO experts optimised over 60 critical webpages and addressed technical issues like internal linking, redirects, and broken links due to the faulty website migration and regular product stock changes.

Our paid media team took over Baby Birds’ pre-existing Google Ads account, addressing transparency concerns from their previous agency. We rebuilt the PPC account, resulting in campaigns that consistently outperformed previous efforts. Our campaigns achieved an average return on ad spend of 2579% during a six month period, with consistent revenue growth each month.
