About Charlotte

Charlotte oversees HR and recruitment functions, fostering team growth and support in both Colchester and London, while also contributing to our sustainability initiatives.

With degrees in Marketing Communications and Brand Management, along with prior experience in events and content coordination, Charlotte exemplifies versatility.

She organises all Footprint Digital team training and social days, runs the Footprint Academy, and is dedicated to learning sign language.

Qualifications and experience

MSc in Marketing and Brand Management
BA in Marketing Communications,
Associate Diploma People Management, CIPD Qualifications,
Experience in Marketing and Events, and as a Digital Content Coordinator.
