On Thursday 18th May, Alex and Kaya took to the stage at the Morning Advertiser Leader’s Club in Newcastle.

They spoke about how hospitality websites can use conversion rate optimisation and SEO to attract more people to their website, and turn those website visitors into venue guests.

Other speakers included TikTok, Colliers who gave an update on the current business market for hospitality, and restaurant operators from across Newcastle speaking about how business is for them.
