About the client

For more than 70 years, Milbank have supported their customers to achieve success in construction. From design and manufacture, to delivery and installation, they offer the most comprehensive concrete product service in the UK.

The project brief

Milbank aimed to increase revenue through organic traffic by improving their online presence and resolving website navigation issues.

Our approach

We initiated technical SEO and content improvements for Milbank’s website, addressing duplicate pages, navigation, and content optimisation, and collaborated with sister brands like Sui Generis, Calisto, and Ark Agriculture.

Our team enhanced product page content and developed new content for the concrete floor span calculator to improve search visibility.

Our paid media experts fine tuned  keyword targeting, landing pages, and audience alignment through regular strategy meetings.

We restarted PPC campaigns post-pandemic, incorporating display, remarketing, and YouTube campaigns, achieving an above KPI number of 60-80 monthly enquiries post-restart.

  • Top SERP rankings for key terms like ‘beam and block floor’ and ‘precast concrete’.
