About the client

The client helps travel businesses find solutions to complex regulatory, financial and strategic problems to save them time, money and resources when setting up and running their travel business.

The project brief

Travel Trade Consultancy sought to revamp their dated website to improve its visual appeal, user experience, and navigation.

Our approach

Our Partner Agency, Impact Media, engaged us for Site Build Support.

We participated in client workshops, conducted wireframe reviews, reviewed SEO on the staging website, and performed keyword research.

Our content team developed content, including ‘Atol Consultancy,’ addressing an important service previously under-promoted.

The results

The redesigned website launched smoothly, resulting in:

  • 24% increase in overall website traffic three months post-launch,
  • 34% reduction in bounce rate,
  • 69% increase in average session duration,
  • 17% increase in new website users,
  • 37% improvement in online visibility, with 67,600 impressions compared to 42,500 pre-launch.
